AAA members can get a great deal when they purchase a pre-owned car from a participating dealership:

• The dealer's best price up front through a select network of recommended dealers¹
• Used vehicles that are 4 model years old or newer with less than 60,000 miles are covered by a 12 month/12,000 mile limited powertrain warranty at no additional cost
• If you purchase a pre-owned vehicle from a participating dealer but change your mind—for any reason—you can return it within 5 days or 500 miles; a $200 restocking fee may apply

Pre-purchase vehicle inspection
If you're buying or selling a used vehicle, for $89.95 a participating AAA-Approved Auto Repair facility will give the car a thorough inspection, including more than 86 separate evaluations, and provide you with a written report noting items in need of attention.

Vehicle history reports
A vehicle history report is the first step to protecting yourself against buying pre-owned cars with costly hidden problems.

As a Classic or AAA Plus® member, you are entitled to a 20 percent discount on the purchase of vehicle history reports ordered online.

AAA Premier® members are entitled to one free vehicle history report per household per membership year. To request a free report, call AAA Premier member services at (877) 426-8644. Subsequent reports are available at a 40 percent discount, and can be ordered online.
